What this service is. ChinaTravelReady is an independent web tool that helps visitors prepare for and navigate travel in China — entry eligibility, payment, connectivity, transport, translation and emergency information. It is not a travel agency, not a visa authority, and not affiliated with the Chinese government or any embassy.

Eligibility & advice. Entry rules change. Our Entry Check is a guide based on publicly available policy, not a visa decision. Always confirm with your airline and the nearest Chinese embassy before you travel.

Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Trip Pass is tied to your account and can be restored by signing in.

Trip Pass. Trip Pass is a one-time, per-trip convenience upgrade. It does not unlock safety-critical information — entry results, official sources, basic translation, driver cards, emergency help and departure deadlines are always free.

Payment. Trip Pass purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com, Ltd., merchant of record). Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions.

AI features. Translation is generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, especially for medical, legal and immigration matters. Always confirm important translations with a qualified person.

Limitation. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on this guidance.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
