Trip Pass carries a simple refund commitment. Because offline reliability varies by device (we promise "works offline on most devices" and never "guaranteed offline"), we keep refunds easy.
Refund window. If Trip Pass did not work as described for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to request. Email [REFUND CONTACT / [email protected]] with your order email or Paddle transaction id, or use the refund channel linked from the Trip Pass page. Refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.
Restore. Your purchase is tied to your account — sign in on any device to restore Trip Pass, with no separate step.
Always free. A refund never affects the free features: entry check, official sources, basic translation, driver cards, emergency help and departure deadlines remain free for everyone.
